RULES OF THE COMPETITION
The competition is run under standard RFU Rules, as outlined in the RFU Publication "The Laws of the Game made Easier" in conjunction with the "U19 variations" and the new Experimental Law Variations. It is open to any side affiliated to Middlesex or Hertfordshire RFU. A full set of competition rules is available from your league representative or can be downloaded from the link below. There are several changes from last year relating to:
re-arranging fixture dates;
and changes to the conditions for switching players between A and B squads.
Please would you familiarise yourself with the changes and ensure that you comply with them in your League fixtures.

Their responsibilities include:
Clarification of Rules
Policing of Team responsibilities with regard to player registration and reporting of results
Points Deductions Re-scheduling of matches (with at least 7 day notice)
PLAYER REGISTRATION / UPLOAD
Player registration should include the name, Date of Birth, squad (ie A or B via the unique team "Short Code") ,RFU registration number and (optionally) E-mail address, with no further personal details.
If using the Upload facility please leave all other columns in the template blank but DO NOT add or delete any.
No photographs will be posted on the site in which an individual player can be identified by name.
